Cehoz™ works hard to ensure that its products meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
Anyway if you wish to exchange your item for a different size, or if damaged or defective write us to info@cehoz.com including the order number and the reason for the return.
Returns must be made within five (5) working days since the reception of the product.
Returns must be in the original condition, complete with original packaging.
Shipping returned to the sender because of failed delivery attempt or size exchanges will be treated as returns. Fees for the re-shipping will at client’s charge.
We cannot take responsibility for returns that do not reach us, thus we suggest you ship back by insured mail and/or delivery confirmation.
